Marissa is one of our 2023 Trip Leaders for our Oahu Girls Adventure. Marissa is a graduate of Colorado Christian University.

She grew up going to summer camp and began working her way into counselor and leadership positions. Along her journey at CCU she served as a Leader with Adventure Ministries in the Dominican Republic, and she loves to travel.

She is currently living in Knoxville, Tennessee and is a teacher at a private Christian school.

Marissa shared she believes “Created for Adventure is her next step in her life adventure!” She said she “hopes to be a light to a group of teenagers and help lead them to a stronger relationship with Jesus.”

In her free time, she loves to ski, paddle board, play with her dog and hike with her husband.
