Our staff have chosen to work for Created for Adventure to help teens grow in their faith. Gracie, one of our Trip Leaders, shared she wants to “help provide a space for high school students to share and talk about their relationship with Jesus.” Gracie believes "the combination of the outdoors and small group discussion can be very powerful."
Marissa, one of our Hawaii Trip Leaders shared, “I really can’t say enough about how inspiring and impactful a trip is with Created For Adventure. Being a trip leader has possibly been one of my coolest jobs I have had, but it’s more than that. Getting to experience these incredible, and possibly once in a lifetime adventures with youth that are searching for the Lord has been one of my biggest honors.”

Experienced Staff
The staff we’ve chosen are role model instructors who take safety seriously. Most of our staff have worked with us for many years. All staff have Wilderness First Responder or Wilderness First Aid certifications. Some may have additional paramedic, RN, or lifeguard certifications. Our Trip Leaders must be a minimum of 21 years old and attend a Created for Adventure staff training prior to each summer. Our staff encourage and teach campers how to process and wisely assess situations.
