Our Trip Leaders make a difference in the lives of teenagers each summer. Not only do they guide teens on incredible adventures, but they are a strong, positive example in a teen’s life.
Created for Adventure staff are selected through a rigorous selection process including background checks, experience level, references, and face-to-face interviews. Most of our staff have worked with us for many years. All staff have Wilderness First Responder or Wilderness First Aid certifications. Some may have additional paramedic, RN, or lifeguard certifications. Our Trip Leaders must be a minimum of 21 years old and attend a Created for Adventure staff training prior to each summer.
